Are pets allowed?
Pets are generally not permitted in shared housing. Service animals and assistance animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable fair-housing laws. Please mention any assistance-animal need when you inquire.
Are children or families accepted?
GUUD Homes residences are configured as shared living for adults. Every inquiry is reviewed individually according to availability, program requirements, and applicable fair-housing laws. If you are seeking housing for a family, please contact us so we can discuss your situation.
What is included in the monthly housing cost?
The monthly cost includes: Furnished private or shared room; Utilities (electricity, water, gas); Wi-Fi internet; Laundry access; Kitchen & common-area access; Transportation arrangements. It does not include Medical, nursing, or personal care; 24-hour supervision; Meals or food; Personal toiletries. One-time fees and terms: Deposit: Equal to first month's residency fee (one-time, due at move-in); Minimum stay: 2 months. No hidden fees are added beyond what is listed.
How much does housing cost?
Shared rooms start at $850/month and private rooms start at $1,200/month. Exact pricing is confirmed during the inquiry process.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of Equal to first month's residency fee is typically required. Details are confirmed at intake.
What income or funding sources are accepted?
All funding sources accepted
Are veterans' benefits or agency payments accepted?
Yes. GUUD Homes accepts all funding sources, including VA benefits and agency payments. Details are confirmed during the inquiry process.
Does GUUD Homes provide medical or personal care?
No. GUUD Homes does not provide medical, nursing, behavioral health, or personal-care services.
What are the house expectations?
Residents agree to clear, reasonable house guidelines shared at intake and orientation.
